2 eaches Cucumbers
teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 each Pare cucumbers; cut into paper-thin slices; place in bowl; toss with
Salt; refrigerate 2 hr.
2 eaches Drain cucumbers very well. Blend vinegar with sour 70's
½ cup Commercial sour cream
Paprika cream; stir into
Cucumbers.
3 eaches Turn cucumbers into serving dish; sprinkle with paprika; serve.
Makes 4 servings.
