Teriyaki - broiled meat

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Sugar
7 tablespoons Shoyu - soy sauce
¼ teaspoon MSG; opt'l
2 teaspoons Ginger root; grated
¼ teaspoon Garlic
1 pounds Steak; cut thin

Directions

: -- 4" width - 4" - 6" length Make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and shoyu. Add meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling. Note: May add more seasoning to suit your taste.
