Teriyaki cube steak sandwiches

Ingredients

4 | eaches | Cube (minute) steaks |
¼ | cup | Soy Sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Brown Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Canola Oil |
½ | each | Head Green Cabbage |
4 | eaches | Hamburger Buns |
2 | cups | Frozen Curley Fries |
Directions
Pound cube steak to ⅛" thickness. Marinate steaks for 3 hours in mixture of next five ingredients. Saute in hot oil for about 1½ minutes each side. Remove, put on buns and keep warm. Slice cabbage thinly amd saute in drippings with any leftover marinade.
