Teriyaki steak for fondue

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Sirloin steak
cup Soy sauce
¼ cup White wine
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ tablespoon Ground ginger
1 Clove garlic; minced

Directions

Cut steak into ¾-inch cubes. Combine other ingredients and put in a dish with a cover. Add steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 to 40 minutes.

Spear meat with fondue fork and cook in hot oil until as done as desired.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
