Teriyaki-glazed pork medallions

1 | pounds | Pork tenderloins cut crosswise into 1/2\" slices |
2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Orange juice |
1 | teaspoon | Reduced-sodium soy sauce |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Ginger |
Directions
Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger; blend well. Pour over pork; cook and stir until mixture thickens and coats pork.
