8 ounces Reduced-fat Cheddar cheese,
Shredded
8 ounces Light cream cheese,
Softened
2 tablespoons Butter
teaspoon Onion powder
teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ cup Green chiles; diced,
Drained
¼ cup Light nacho cheese-flavored,
Tortillas chips; cru
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley or cilantro,
Chopped

Directions

Food Processor Directions: In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, margarine, onion powder and garlic powder; process until smooth. Add green chiles; process with on- off pulses until just combined. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until firm. Shape into a ball; roll in crushed tortilla chips and parsley. Serve with tortilla chips.
