Texas breast of lamb

4 pounds Breast of lamb -- in 6-8
Pieces
½ cup Homestyle chili sauce
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
1 Onion
2 Cloves garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
Sliced

Directions

Brown the lamb in a Dutch oven and pour off the fat. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the lamb. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours or until lamb is tender. Remove the cover the last 15 minutes.
