Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and serve with crushed ice.
The fizzy glucose will rehydrate you and bring your sugar and salt levels back up to normal. The melon juice is full of trace minerals-phosphorus and vitamins B and D. Vitmain B is good for blurred vision. The zesty lime will replenish the vitamin C you drank away the night before.
