1 | ounce | White cooking wine |

This recipe is best done over a charcoal fire and a mixture of hard wood, for a smoky flavor.
METHOD:
1. Brush beef tenderloin medallions with marinade and let stand about a half hour.
2. Get grill started.
3. Simmer the ingredients in sauce recipe.
4. Grill the beef tenderloins to your perfection and remove.
5. Plate the medallions and cover with sauce.
6. Serve with your favorite vegetable and potatoes.
