| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| Salt & pepper | ||
| 2 | Shallots, thin slice OR | |
| 4 | Scallons, thin slice | |
| ½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| ¼ | cup | Cheese, grated |
| White wine | ||
Directions
Moisten fish with lemon juice (sprinkle on). Toss. Place in a shallow dish (buttered). Add salt & peppper, cover with shallots, crumbs, cheese. Dot with butter. Pour on wine to about ⅓ way up fish. Bake uncovered at 450 for 25 min. until opaque
