Thymely marinated lingcod

Ingredients

½ | teaspoon | Dried Thyme |
½ | teaspoon | Dried Oregano |
½ | teaspoon | Dried Rosemary |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt, Optional |
½ | cup | Lemon Juice |
1 | Clove Garlic, Minced | |
2 | pounds | Cod Fillets, **Note |
Directions
*NOTE: Original recipe used 2 T oil **NOTE: Original recipe used lingcod.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate lingcod for 30 minutes.
Broil or barbecue until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Makes 8 servings.
Substitutes: cod, halibut, orange roughy This was incredibly good!!
