Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
Sauteed with
½ small Onion; minced
1 Clove garlic
½ small Carrot; grated
1 pinch Chili powder
teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
teaspoon Black pepper
½ pounds Tofu

Directions

Blend or process until smooth. Refrigerate. Makes 1-½ cups.
