Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Round bottom roast
½ cup White vinegar
½ cup Catsup
¼ cup Water
1 small Onion, diced, cut into small pieces
teaspoon Brown sugar
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
teaspoon Prepared mustard (like French's)
¼ teaspoon Salt (I leave this out as the Worcestershire sauce is salty)
teaspoon Pepper
Touch of crushed red peppers
(depending on how hot you want it..it's the same stuff you put on pizza if you have a mind to)

Directions

BBQ INGREDIENTS

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Take your roast, slice it raw, place it in a pan, add the above and simmer till it's easily sliced with a spoon or however you like it. You may have to double up on the above. Depends on how long you cook it.
