1 | Green pepper | |
1 | Red pepper | |
2 | Stalks celery | |

3 | teaspoons | Minced garlic |
Salt and pepper | ||
Old Bay Seasoning; (to taste) | ||
1½ | pounds | Medium shrimp; (peeled) |
1½ | pounds | Hillshire Farms Beef Kielbasa |
2 | cups | Uncle Bens brand rice |
3¾ | cup | Water |
Directions
Brown onions, peppers and fat back. Next add okra, tomatoes, celery and your seasonings by taste or by measurements. Simmer for 30 minutes. Place rice in water and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, reduce heat to low temperature for 2030 minutes.
Once your stew has finished simmering for 30 minutes, add your shrimp to the pot. Once the shrimp has cooked for 10 minutes your dish is complete.
