Tomato bisque in a blender

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Peeled Italian tomatoes (28 oz) OR
4 larges Fresh tomatoes
1 cup Plain non-fat yogurt
¼ teaspoon Hot sauce, such as Tabasco
2 larges Garlic cloves, crushed
teaspoon Prepared horseradish
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 Avocado, cubed (opt)

Directions

Puree all ingredients but avocado in blender or food processor. Serve chilled or at room temperature, ladled over avocado cubes, with low-fat tortilla chips.

Per serving: 156 calories, 6 grams protein, 18 grams carbohydrates, 7 grams fiber, 8 grams fat (1 gram saturated), 640 milligrams sodium.
