Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
⅓ cup Butter
½ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 can (8oz.) crushed pineapple ; (undrained
1 can (3.5 oz.) coconut
1 Frozen pie shell

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour in pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350°F oven.
