Tropical dessert salad

Ingredients

1½ | cup | Mango (about 1 1/2 mangos) |
¾ | cup | Fresh pineapple |
1½ | cup | Melon (1/2 of a medium cantaloupe or 1/3 of a small honeydew) |
¾ | cup | Kiwi (about 2 large) |
½ | cup | Fresh orange juice |
¼ | cup | Unsweetened flaked coconut |
¼ | cup | Coarsely chopped unsalted peanuts |
Directions
All the fruit must be peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine with the orange juice and coconut. Add the peanuts right before serving. Garnish each portion with a dab of Banana Whipped Cream, if you like.
