Tuck's grilled tuna with tomato basil sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Tuna steak
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
=== FOR TOMATO BASIL SAUCE ===
3 Roma tomatoes; chopped
¼ cup Basil; torn into pieces
(do not chop with a knife)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

Directions

Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Spray or apply a light layer of olive oil on fish. Salt and pepper to taste. Place tuna on grill for five minutes. Flip tuna and grill for another five minutes or until firm.

Remove from grill and top with Tomato Basil Sauce before serving. Serves 2.
