Tuna turnovers

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Chopped onion
4 ounces Can mushrooms, drained, reserving liquid
½ cup Chopped pitted olives
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Flour
1 large Clove garlic, crushed
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 6 1/2cn tuna fish, drained

Directions

: -Pastry for 2 crust pie Saute onion, mushrooms, and olives in butter for 5 minutes. Stir in flour, garlic, salt, and reserved mushroom liquid; heat thoroughly.

Add tuna and mix well; remove from heat. Preheat oven to 450. Roll out pastry. Cut into 2½" circles. Place 2 tsp tuna mixture in cemter of each pastry circle. Fold pastry over; dampen edges to seal.

Place on baking sheet; bake for 7 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, and serve at once.
