Tuna with oriental sauce

cup Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
4 eaches Tuna steaks or fillets
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 eaches Cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Snow peas, trimmed

DIRECTIONS

To make sauce, combine first four ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for a couple of minutes. To barbecue tuna, brush steaks with sauce and place on greased grill over hot coals. Cook tuna 4 to 5 minutes, brush steaks with sauce and turn. Continue grilling 2 to 3 minutes or until fish separates easily when tested with a fork. Tuna is done, as is roasted beef, when it's slightly pink in the centre. Place on individual plates, with snow peas for garnish.
