Tuna-burgers ii

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 slices American cheese, cut into eighths
2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 mediums Sweet pickles, diced
ounce Can tuna, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon Finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons Finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon Finely chopped pimiento
½ cup Mayonnaise
6 Hamburger buns, split and buttered

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except buns in a large mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly.

2. Place bottom of hamburger buns in a shallow, 10 inch round heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish. Spoon tuna mixture onto bun halves.

3. Place top half of hamburger bun on tuna mixture.

4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
