Turkey smoked sausage and rice

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Turkey smoked sausage |
½ | cup | Sliced carrots |
1¼ | cup | Zucchini, sliced |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
8 | ounces | Stewed tomatoes, undrained |
¼ | teaspoon | Basil leaves |
Directions
Cut sausage into serving size pieces, set aside. Saute carrots and zucchini in butter in skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes with juice, basil, and sausage. Bring to a boil.
