Turkey smoked sausage and rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Turkey smoked sausage
½ cup Sliced carrots
cup Zucchini, sliced
2 tablespoons Butter
8 ounces Stewed tomatoes, undrained
¼ teaspoon Basil leaves

Directions

Cut sausage into serving size pieces, set aside. Saute carrots and zucchini in butter in skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes with juice, basil, and sausage. Bring to a boil.
