Two cheese seafood linguine

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 teaspoon Dried oregano, crushed
1 tablespoon Butter
1 Tomato, Medium, chopped
½ cup Whipping cream
½ cup Sliced green onions
¼ cup Shredded swiss cheese or
¼ cup Crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup Grated paresan cheese

Directions

1. Cook Linguine to package directions. 2. While Linguine is cooking, heat garlic, oregano and butter 1 min in saucepan, stirring frequently. 3. Add tomato and continue to cook for 3 min or until tomato is cooked. 4. Add shrimp, cook until just pink. 5. Add remaining ingredients. 6. Cook covered until cheese melts and sauce is hot. 7.
