Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Plain yogurt; OR
1 cup Plain yougurt; AND
1 cup Sour cream
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 teaspoons Olive oil (up to 3)
1 teaspoon Finely chopped fresh mint
1 pinch Salt
1 medium Cucumber; peeled, seeded/finely diced
1 tablespoon Fresh dill; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Wine vinegar

Directions
