2 | teaspoons | Olive oil (up to 3) |
1 | teaspoon | Finely chopped fresh mint |
1 | pinch | Salt |
1 | medium | Cucumber; peeled, seeded/finely diced |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh dill; finely chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Wine vinegar |
Directions
