Upscale rice pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Cooked rice
2 cups Whipping cream
1 Egg
½ tablespoon Vanilla
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Raisins

Directions

In saucepan over med-low, mix together all ingredients. Bring to boil (more than 15 mins) stirring frequently so it doesn't stick.
