Veal stronganoff

1 pounds Veal Thinly sliced
¼ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Salad oil
1 medium Onion
½ pounds Mushrooms
½ cup Water
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Sour cream

Directions

From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@...> Combine flour, salt and pepper, dip meat into it to coat lightly. Heat oil in large skillet, quickly brown meat. Add onion and muchrooms. cook 5 min Add water, bouillon and paprika, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat blend in sour cream. Cover and simmer gently 15 min. Serve with noodles.
