Vegetable turkey pockets

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Oven roasted turkey breast
Strips
¼ cup Light ranch dressing
¼ cup Light Mayonnaise
½ cup Chopped cucumber
½ cup Shredded carrot
1 teaspoon Dried basil leaves, crushed
2 Pita breads, cut in half
Lettuce leaves
1 small Tomato, chopped

Directions

Mix turkey, dressing, mayo, cucumber, carrot, tomato and basil.

Refrigerate. Fill pita bread halves with lettuce and turkey mixture.
