Turkey and mushroom pockets

Quantity Ingredient
Pita bread
Cranberry sauce
Mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
Sliced or shredded left-over turkey or cold chicken
Button mushrooms; (sliced and tossed in a little lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce)

Directions

1.Prepare pita bread.

2.Spread a little cranberry sauce on one side of the bread and little mayonnaise on the opposite side.

3.Place the turkey or chicken against the sauce and the lettuce leaves against the mayonnaise. Spoon some mushroom mixture into the centre.

4.Stand pockets upright in a basket, ready to serve.
