Venison tongue tangy sauce

¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ | cup | Dry white wine |
1½ | teaspoon | Fresh lime juice |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Tabasco Sauce |
1 | dash | White pepper, freshly ground |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small bowl, mixing well.
Yields a little over 1 cup.
