Viceless riceless pudding (lf)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Skim milk
½ cup Plus
1 tablespoon Couscous
tablespoon Brown sugar; packed
¼ cup Dark raisins
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
cup NF yogurt

Directions

1. In small saucepan, heat milk until just boiling. Stir in couscous, sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Remove mixture from heat and cover with tight-fitting lid. Allow to sit 10 mins, until milk is absorbed. Stir in yogurt and serve.

My notes: I like to add a bit of extra brown sugar for more flavour.
