Warm and fruity oatmeal

Ingredients

cup Uncooked oatmeal
cup Water
½ teaspoon Granulated fructose
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ Apple, chopped (or 1 tbsp chopped fruit)
1 teaspoon Currants (or raisins)
1 teaspoon Nuts, chopped (optional)
