¾ cup Wheat bran -- uncooked
½ cup Oat bran -- uncooked
cup Rolled oats -- uncooked
cup Dried apricots -- chopped
cup Dried apples -- chopped
cup Raisins -- optional
¾ cup Water -- hot

Directions

Preparation Time: 0:05 Combine all the ingredients and mix well. To serve, pour low-fat soy milke or Rice Milk (in this file and as an ingredient in this file), apple juice, or hot water over the cereal. Stir, let rest for a couple of minutes, and enjoy.
