Watercress~ peach & raisin salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Bunch watercress washed and trimmed
1 large Peach; skinned and stoned
40 grams Raisins
1 medium Crisp lettuce; trimmed, washed and shredded
A few radicchio leaves torn into small pieces
3 tablespoons Orange vinaigrette

Directions

Chop the watercress and cut the peaches into small cubes. Combine all the ingredients and dress in the orange vinaigrette.
