Weight watcher's barbecue \"fries\"

1 pounds Plus 14oz pared Idaho potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
teaspoon Tomato paste
teaspoon Cider vinegar
teaspoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Line baking sheet with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In medium bowl, combine potatoes, oil, tomato paste, vinegar, chili powder and salt; toss well to thoroughly coat. With slotted spoon, arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake until cooked through, 15-20 mins.
