Ingredients

¾ cup Evaporated skimmed milk
1 cup Shredded lowfat cheddar
Cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon Low sodium Worcestershire
teaspoon Lemon juice
teaspoon Ground red pepper
16 slices (1/2\") French baguette,
Toasted

Directions

Heat milk without boiling. Add cheese, mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and red pepper. Cook, stirring, until cheese melts and is smooth. Reduce heat and cook another 2 minutes.

Serve 2 baguette slices topped with 1 tablespoon cheese.
