1 | teaspoon | Freshly Ground Black Pepper |
½ | cup | Chicken Stock |
½ | cup | White Wine Vinegar |
Juice of One Lime | ||
1 | teaspoon | Sweet Paprika |
1 | teaspoon | Dried Oregano |
2 | Sprigs Fresh Coriander, Finely Chopped | |
2 | Sprigs Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients to form a paste. Cover and refrigerate.
