Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Lime juice
cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Tequila
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
1 medium Glove garlic, minced
1 small Jalapeno pepper, chopped
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingrediants. Pour over peeled jumbo shrimp or soft-shelled crab and refrigerate 2 hours before grilling. Brush marinade on while grilling.
