White cabbage, grapefruit and grape salad

175 | grams | White grapes; (6oz) |
1 | large | Pink grapefruit |
4 | tablespoons | Olive or sunflower oil |
1 | Lemon; juice of | |
1 | teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
1 | Clove garlic; crushed |
Directions
Finely shred the cabbage. Halve and de-seed the grapes. Cut the rind and pith from the grapefruit, cut the flesh into quarters and slice it thinly.
Mix all 3 together in a serving bowl.
Beat the remaining ingredients together to make the dressing and fold it into the salad.
