White cabbage, grapefruit and grape salad

Ingredients

350 grams White cabbage; (12oz)
175 grams White grapes; (6oz)
1 large Pink grapefruit
4 tablespoons Olive or sunflower oil
1 Lemon; juice of
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 Clove garlic; crushed

Directions

Finely shred the cabbage. Halve and de-seed the grapes. Cut the rind and pith from the grapefruit, cut the flesh into quarters and slice it thinly.

Mix all 3 together in a serving bowl.

Beat the remaining ingredients together to make the dressing and fold it into the salad.
