Ingredients

2 cups Sugar
1 cup Butter or lard
1 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Baking soda dissolved in
Water
2 Eggs, beaten with nutmeg or
Lemon
3½ cup To 4 flour

Directions

Cream together the sugar and lard or butter. Blend in well the sour cream and soda in water. Beat in eggs; add flour to make a soft dough. Roll out quite thin and bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. This is one of Hana's favorite cookie recipes.
