White wine dijon halibut with peas & pearl onions and roaste

1½ | pounds | Halibut Steaks |
1 | Lemon, sliced dill |

Pour Golden Dipt Fat Free Honey Mustard Marinade evenly over fish. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes, turning several times. Cook steaks on an open grill over medium-hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes, basting and turning once. Fish is done when flesh flakes easily with a fork,. Follow the 10 Minute Rule: Cook fish approx. 10 minutes for every inch of thickness.
Side Dish suggestions:
Potatoes: Preheat oven to 450 F. Scrub 1 lb med. red new potatoes & quarter. Lightly coat with melted margarine or butter. Arrange in a single layer in shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
