1 | Finely diced carrot | |
1 | Finely diced celery stalk | |
1 | Finely diced small onion | |
1 | cup | Grated havarti |
6 | Whitefish fillets | |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
2 | cups | MORNAY sauce |
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Finely dice bacon & saute. Add vegetables & sauce until tender. Allow to cool. Combine mixture with cheese. Press cheese mixture onto each fillet & roll. Bake in buttered pan for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, place on plates & cover with heated Mornay.
