3 teaspoons Dry yeast Bread Rapid
****Large Loaf****
1⅛ cup Tap water
2⅔ cup Bread flour
cup Whole wheat flour
teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Sugar
tablespoon Butter
tablespoon Dried milk
teaspoon Dry yeast or
2 teaspoons Dry yeast Bread Rapid
****Medium Loaf****
¾ cup Tap water
cup Bread flour
¼ cup Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1 teaspoon Dry yeast or
2 teaspoons Dry yeast Bread Rapid

Directions

Pour water in bread pan, then all dry ingredients except yeast. Place Dry yeast on top of flour away from water. Return bread pan to bakery. Close lid and plug into a receptacle. Set controls per machine instructions.
