Whole wheat fruit bread

1 | cup | Flour; whole wheat |
¾ | cup | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Baking powder |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | each | Egg; slightly beaten |
2 | cups | Mincemeat; dry |
2 | loaves. |
Directions
Sift pastry flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add whole wheat flour. Add slightly beaten egg with milk to dry mixture, and beat vigorously. Fold in mincemeat and bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes or until done. Makes
