Wild rice/rice and chicken combo

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | cups | Cooked wild rice |
2 | cups | Cooked basmati or your favorite white rice |
1 | Handful raisins (dried cranberrys) added to the water as it begins to simmer | |
¼ | cup | Each chopped onion (optional) and chopped celery, sauteed |
½ | cup | Chopped mushrooms (up to 1) |
Directions
Mix all cooked ingredients and add enough cream and chicken broth to saturate well. Salt & pepper as desired. Bake @ 350 *F for 30 minutes. I serve this with baked chicken, or with leftover chicken that has been chopped and added to the rice mixture upon baking.
This should feed 4 - 8 people, depending on serving size and other foods that accompany your meal.
