Wilted greens with pears & walnuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 eaches Leeks, chopped, white parts only
6 cups Kohlrabi leaves, torn
2 eaches Pears, peeled, cored & sliced
1 pinch Salt
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
Black pepper, to taste

Directions

Place leeks & kohlrabi leaves (washed but not dried) in a covered pot & steam them for 5 minutes. Drain.

Bake the pears, salt, cinnamon & walnuts in an oven preheated to 350F for 15 minutes. Combine with leeks & kohlrabi & sprinkle with oil & pepper. Serve.
