Mixed greens w/pears & raspberries

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Vinegar, raspberry-flavored
2 tablespoons Juice, apple
1 tablespoon Oil, olive, extra virgin
1 tablespoon Honey
teaspoon ;salt
teaspoon ;pepper
2 cups Spinach; torn
2 cups Lettuce, Boston; torn
2 cups Endive, curly; torn
2 cups Pears; cubed (2 meduium)
1 cup Raspberries

Directions

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a wire whisk.

Combine spinach, lettuce, endive, pear, and raspberries in a large bowl; toss gently. Divide salad among 6 individual plates and drizzle with dressing.

Serving size: 1 cup salad and about 1½ tablespoons dressing.
