Wilted swiss chard

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Water
4 tablespoons Butter
2 pounds Fresh swiss chard; trimmed, washed,
; and well drained

Directions

1. Bring the water and butter to a boil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.

2. Saut‚ the chard, until just wilted, in 2 batches, seasoning each batch with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Serve immediately.
