Wilted swiss chard

2 | pounds | Fresh swiss chard; trimmed, washed, |

Directions
1. Bring the water and butter to a boil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
2. Saut the chard, until just wilted, in 2 batches, seasoning each batch with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve immediately.
