Zucchini and tomatoes basil

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 mediums Zucchini(3/4 pound)
½ cup Diced onion
1 teaspoon Dried basil
2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
2 mediums Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper (up to 1/4)

Directions

Cut zucchini into ¼ inch slices; set aside. Saute onion and basil in oil over medium heat 1 minute. Add zucchini, and cook 5 minutes, stirrring occasionally.
