2 | pounds | Zucchini;sliced |
½ | cup | Onion;chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
2 | tablespoons | Dill Weed;chopped fresh |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
⅔ | cup | Yogurt;plain |
Directions
Saute onions and zucchini in olive oil over medium heat 5 minutes.
Cover and cook 2 - 3 more minutes, or until tender.
Combine last 5 ingredients, pour over squash; heat. Serve immediately.
