Zucchini toss

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Vegetable/olive oil
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ Head lettuce
1 Medium zucchini,thin sliced
2 Green onions,sliced
2 tablespoons Dry red wine
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Paprika
½ Small bunch romaine
½ cup Sliced radishes
2 tablespoons Crumbled blue cheese

Directions

Shake oil, wine, vinegar, salt, mustard and paprika in tightly covered jar. Refrigerate until chilled. Tear greens into bite sized pieces in large salad bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients. Shake dressing; pour over salad. Toss until greens glisten.
